Payments, Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We will accept returns for major manufacturing faults which cause the product to be unfit for purpose and we will either refund or exchange the item as required. We will not accept exchanges or returns if you change your mind, order the wrong product or if the product has been worn, washed or had the tags removed.

In order to initiate a return, please contact us on info@ottomansonly.com.au. Refunds or exchanges will only be authorised when the product is returned to Ottomans Only in the original packaging and in original saleable condition. All information on this site is accurate at the time of publishing. Ottomans Only reserve the right to change specifications and conditions without notice. Your product may exhibit color variations due to the hand made nature of the manufacturing and dying process.

Ottomans Only does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: Duty, tax and/or shipping costs incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty by an Ottomans Only representative.


All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars. We aim to process your order as soon as possible based on availability of your item. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3+ business days following dispatch using Australia Post or other third party courier and will depend on where your order is being sent to. We usually dispatch the order within 2 working days.

Standard shipping is done at no additional cost to you. If premium or express shipping is required, the extra charges will be clearly stated.

All deliveries are conducted through external parties.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or peak time resource constraints. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

We currently operate from a warehouse, with no pick up availability. Our delivery is free of charge for all items.
